On October 17, 2025, Mr. Hodaka Nakanishi resigned from his position as a Director of the Company.
Accordingly, at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 28, 2025, Ms. Tsubame Nishigai was newly appointed and assumed the position of Director.
